## Review → Fix Loop

- After writing or modifying code, run a review pass against all the rules above before considering the task done
- If the review finds any violation, fix it immediately, then review again from the top
- Repeat the review → fix cycle until a full review pass finds zero violations
- Do not stop at the first fix and declare the task complete — one fix can introduce or reveal another violation (e.g. merging a guard clause may create a magic value), so the loop only ends on a clean pass
- If a violation can't be fixed without breaking something else (e.g. a public signature), stop and report the conflict instead of forcing a fix
